The beautiful Paradise Cove Hotel & Spa is situated on Cap Malheureux, the picturesque northern corner of the island. Guests of this wonderful resort will become everything else but miserable, as the name of the cape suggests.

What is your idea of a perfect holiday? There is hardly anything the Paradise Cove does not offer. Especially those who enjoy water sports and being physically active have made the right choice.

 

First read more » and foremost, there are the water sports: the swimming pool, water skiing, surfing, glass-bottom boat, paddleboats and kayaks, sailing with the Hobie Cat or Laser, snorkelling and an aqua gym.

 

Catamaran-trips or an Undersea-Walk with the PADI-Diving School are just as much part of a perfect day on Mauritius as a deep-sea fishing trip.

 

 

Those wishing to do sports on land may enjoy the two floodlit tennis courts or relax with a yoga class. The active can do mountain biking and the tired-out may enjoy an easy game of pool with a cold beer within reach.

 

The Oasis Health Centre offers a large variety of sophisticated treatments. Extra charges apply. How about shaping your body in the fitness centre, which includes modern equipment as well as a sauna and steam bath?

 

 

We recommend a trip around the island – a car rental company has an office directly on the hotel premises. The former fishing village Grand Baie is only a few minutes drive away.

 

Please take into consideration that Mauritians drive on the left-hand side of the road.

 

A visit to the capital Port Louis takes about 45 by car. Enjoy shopping in the quaint boutiques and stores while sauntering along the narrow lanes.
