In the north, the estate borders the Gardens of Stone National Park and in the east the Wollemi National Park. Wolgan is situated approximately 190 kilometres northwest of Sydney.
The drive out to the hotel is highly scenic and very enjoyable. Guests may choose to self-drive, hire the services of a chauffeured limousine or helicopter transfer. The landscape is overwhelming but only hints at Australia’s vastness.

The quaint Australian design and traditional architecture subtly integrates the Emirates One & Only Wolgan Valley Resort into the scenic landscape. The ochre hues of the surroundings are played upon in the interior design, which follows a lovingly implemented Federation Style.
The 40 bungalow suites are generously spaced apart and feature wonderful luxuries like a private pool, garden and sundeck. All units command a breathtaking view of the valley and the Greater Blue Mountain range.
Guests may choose between three suite categories, all of which feature separate bed and living quarters and state-of-the-art electronics like wireless internet and an I-pod docking station.
The 36 Heritage Suites perfectly accommodate one to two guests on no less than 170 square metres. Almost twice as large, with 330 m², the Wollemi Suites offer two bedrooms with a private bath each - the perfect solution for families.
The Wollemi Suite’s private pool measure generous 4 x 7 metres and is perfect for some early morning laps or a splash with the kids.
Last but not least, the 410 square metres large Wolgan Suite is the resort’s finest. The luxurious unit sports two bedrooms with a private bath, a dining and living area as well as a fully equipped kitchen and separate living quarters for the employees.
