Once, the region was Grand Duke Leopold II’s hunting residence. The duke and his court attracted a number of craftsmen and farmers to the vast property and a careful observer can still notice the age-old layout and traditions.

 

To extend your range, just hire a bicycle or mount a sure-footed steed for an excursion on horseback. The bright blue sea is located a mere seven kilometres away – a short drive for a day with sun, sand and sea!

 

Of course, you may also take a quick dip in the hotel’s beautifully designed swimming pool. And for a little extra indulgence, take a leisurely soak in the Jacuzzi.
