In was back in August 1991 that the Helé Family recognised a great opportunity and acquired the Hunter Estate. Since that day, the Hunter Resort has been under family management including several generations.

 

The seventy hectares large Hunter Estate is located read more » right at the heart of the famous Hunter Valley. Quite naturally, the property includes a forty years old vineyard that produces the Shiraz grape.

 

However, the Hunter Estate has plenty more to offer in addition to a private vineyard. Lay off the wine for a day and participate in a beer tasting offered by Polkobins, the first brewery in the region.

 

You should not break the habit for too long. Moreover, a bottle of the local wine perfectly accompanies the home-made pasta and pizza at the Italian restaurant San Martino!

Activities

The Hunter Valley Resort does not only offer refined lodging but also the ultimate Wine Experience! The Hunter’s wine cellar is possibly the largest and most lavishly stocked in the entire valley.
