The Peppers Manor House has perfectly retained its quaint country estate flair. Guests are accommodated in the 43 tastefully furnished rooms and suites, which are located both in the main building and read more » the garden wing.

 

The rooms are divided into the categories Cottage King Rooms, Queen Rooms, Main House Rooms and Garden Wing Rooms. However, all of the fine units are non-smoking and feature air-conditioning, heating, mini bar, radio, TV, phone, fridge and even an ironing board.

 

The Queen Suites are exceedingly comfortable, featuring a separate lounge area and a connecting door to one of the King Rooms. The large bed sports extra soft blankets and the furnishing betrays subtle Scottish elegance.

 

The Garden Wing Rooms are a little less elaborately designed and decked out in a classic country style. All of the units are suitable for handicapped guests.

 

Those unfortunately restrained to a wheelchair will encounter no problems at all: Ramps, low bathroom amenities and large doors make the Peppers Manor House a worry free destination.

Of course, there are also countless opportunities for bush walking, visiting caves, cycling and, last but not least, exploring the Morton National Park. The principle attractions are the stunning Fitzroy and Bundanoon waterfalls.

 

For multi-day hikes, we recommend the services of an experienced guide. The vast, rough and rugged limestone region is often more challenging than one might think. Benefit from your guides intimate knowledge and pitch a tent come night time.

 

Moreover, the Southern Highlands are also well known as a wine-growing region. Stop by one of the countless wineries for a little wine tasting or stroll the rolling vineyards around the Peppers Manor House.
