Living
The 175 spacious Junior Suites, Ocean Suites and “Villa” were designed with elegantly decorated with a great love of detail in the typical Mauritian colonial style.
As the motto says, “casual read more » luxury and elegance” is reflected in the décor of each suite. The creators of Le St. Géran gave top priority to elegant and discreet design.
Junior-Suites measure around 60, Ocean-Suites around 100 square metres, situated in separate two-storey buildings spread over the hotel grounds.
Besides including a large balcony or terrace of at least ten square metres with a view of the lagoon or ocean, all suites are equipped with of variety of amenities.
Air conditioning, fan, a combined sleeping and living room, an en-suite bathroom equipped with WC and hairdryer, satellite-TV, DVD-player, free DVD- and CD-rentals, internet-access, a modem, mini-bar, electronic safe and a direct dial telephone with answering machine all belong to the standard package of a Junior Suite.
Guests choosing the Ocean-Suite may already look forward to relaxing on their large balcony or terrace, measuring circa 22 square metres. The only significant difference between both categories is the separate bedroom and living room of the Ocean-Suites.
Both suites may be combined for families, offering two terraces with breathtaking view of the coast and separate dining and living rooms.

Activities
Golf-lovers will surely enjoy a game in the hotel-owned 9-hole golf course (Par 33) with complementary green fee.
Designed by the professional star-golfer Gary Player, the hotel-owned golf course is read more » located only 50 metres from the lobby amidst coconut palm trees.
Those guests looking for a challenge should play a game at the 18-hole golf course (Par 72), designed by Bernhard Langer, of the neighbouring hotel “One&Only Le Tousserok” (see also: Intosol Golf Travels).
The course is located on the offshore Ile aux Cerfs, which attracts many non-golfers as well. The green fee of the golf course is also complementary; a mandatory cart costs 40 Euros.
A wide range of water sport activities is also included in the hotel price, for example waterskiing, windsurfing, Hobie Cat, canoeing and kayaking, snorkelling, Laser-Sails, pedal boat, glass-bottom boat tours and fishing.
In addition, guests of the hotel have access to five floodlit tennis courts (professional instructors may be booked for an extra fee), volleyball courts, water polo, badminton, pony riding, table tennis and cricket.
For an additional fee, sports fans may enjoy deep-sea fishing, catamaran-sailing, scuba diving (PADI/NAUI scuba diving schools) in the nearby coral reef, or riding around the island. Furthermore, guests can make a boat trip, ride a banana boat or rent mountain bikes.
The Givenchy-Spa includes a fantastic wellness-area with sauna, steam bath, fitness centre, cosmetic salon and hair salon.
A Children’s Club is equipped with small pool and playground, taking care of your young ones from 9:30 am to 10 pm. Children between the ages of 2 and 11 may spend their day in the club, supervised and entertained by professional and friendly care-takers.
