In total, the Maia Resort features 30 private villas: Eight Ocean Front Villas, three Ocean View Villas, eleven Ocean Panoramic Villas and eight Maia Signature Villas, some of which are located on the beach, the others command a spectacular view from high atop the hillside.

 

The exclusive lodgings are generously spread out among the lovingly kept hotel grounds, to which, of course, only booked guests enjoy access.

 

With 250 square metres, each of the luxurious units allows plenty of room to spread out, kick back and relax. The fine amenities include a gazebo with a daybed, a private veranda and pool with a magnificent view of the sparkling Indian Ocean.

 

The stately furniture and appealing design line are complemented by a luxurious bathroom with an indoor shower and an outdoor bathtub for two. The exciting bathtub has been set into a second pool, again, with a spectacular view of the ocean.

The Ocean Front Villas retreat a little into the lush, tropical vegetation fringing the beach. Despite their superb location, the quiet villa features a small, private garden.

 

Perched on a slight elevation above the ocean, two Signature Ocean Front Villas nevertheless have a direct access to a private beach section. A third Signature Ocean Front Villa is located directly on the beach. The Signature Villas feature an outdoor shower and, in the gazebo, an additional toilet.

 

In every sense top-class, the Signature Panoramic Villas differ from the Ocean Panoramic Villas by their exclusive and highly individual location. Set atop the Maia Resort’s highest peak, they feature a dazzling panoramic view. Their secluded setting ensures maximum privacy.

Those who would like to practise sports can choose among a variety of non-motorised activities like windsurfing, kayaking and snorkelling, which are all being offered by the Maia Luxury Resort.

 

However, sports like diving, where a motorised boat is indispensable, can be found in abundance outside the resort. The resort’s management will kindly arrange solutions for all your sportive ambitions.
