The Penthouse is exclusive and it is quite a privilege to ride the elevator from the underground parking to the lofty heights far above. The elevator’s doors slide open and for the first time grant the wide view of the Table Mountain from the panorama windows in the living room and kitchen. Offering no more than three bedrooms, you may choose to book one of these superb eagle’s nests separately, or the entire Penthouse exclusively.
The lower floor accommodates the dining area, a comfortable lounge area as well as a generously large living room. The entire Penthouse has been furnished with top-of-the-range furniture. Original paintings by African artists add local flair. And then, of course, there is the fully-equipped, modern kitchen that includes a bistro counter and a Nespresso machine.
Vast panorama windows flood the interior with light and look out over the Cape Town sceneries below. Step outside onto the deck and discover yet another comfortable seating area with a dining table just perfect for enjoying a long, slow breakfast, eyes resting on the Table Bay. To cool off, just slip into the small rim-flow pool’s welcoming waters and dry off on the sun loungers afterwards.

The three bedrooms have each been equipped with a flat-screen TV connected to DSTV station receiving more than 200 channels, a small sound system with an iPod docking station and a tea and coffee corner complete with a Nespresso machine. It goes without saying that the entire Penthouse is fully air-conditioned.
A short, glassed bridge spans the gap to the Table View Room: Tall panorama windows command a breathtaking view of Cape Town and its famous landmark, the Table Mountain. Snuggle up on the large, king-sized bed and let your eyes roam the sweeping view from side to side. Best of all, the sun rises just behind the Table Mountain, creating a magnificent display of colours ... and a good reason to wake up early!

No less than ten different restaurants are located within an easy walking distance, including a number of gourmet dining venues, not to mention the countless bars that serve anything from a cold, local beer to fine wine and a cocktail mixed to perfection.
Cape Town’s world-famous Waterfront is a mere fifteen to twenty minutes’ drive away, the Winelands approximately thirty minutes. The Durbanville vineyards are just around the corner and can be reached in less than fifteen minutes. Wine connoisseurs and gourmets can certainly spend days on end sipping and sampling and savouring!
The Cape Town suburb Bloubergstrand is well worth a trip and charms the visitor with its many restaurants, cafés and the Big Bay Beach Centre.
