The popular Nsefu Camp is located within the South Luangwa National Park, right alongside the scenic river. The Luangwa River is the centre of the park. Its lagoons provide a much needed and reliable water supply.
The camp was built in 1952 by a couple of the name of Pope. It was the first safari camp in Zambia that, years later in 1999, was upgraded to a classy luxury camp.
