The master behind the pots and Michelin-star-winning chef Marco Pedrelli has lent his talented spoon to several renowned European restaurants and is a fervent advocate for the true spirit of the traditional Italian cuisine.

 

Fresh ingredients and the finest pick of each season are Pedrelli’s first rule. Day after day, he applies his principles, believes, talent and dedication to creating sensational delicacies.

 

The Dolce Vita’s décor is elegantly minimalist, featuring comfortable timber chairs with yellow-white striped cushions. Add to that a clean, linen cloth and an open kitchen granting a perfect view of the culinary magic taking place. Floor to ceiling windows look out over the pool and lend the interior a bright and airy ambience that adds a cheerful feel to sumptuous aromas. Just perfect!

 

Yet another wonderful dining option is the Cherry Garden: one of Singapore’s most charming restaurants. It offers a vast selection of Cantonese delicacies prepared to perfection and served with a flourish.

 

An antic gate designed in accordance with Feng Shui lore admits you the elegant restaurant decked out with teak panelling, white-washed wall and precious slate flooring – all the hallmarks of a stately, Oriental residence.

 

The Cherry Garden’s menu is strongly dictated by seasonal specialities, however, always with a strong focus on the classic Cantonese cuisine. To complement the fine treats, an elaborate wine menu lists bottled treasures from around the world. Alternatively, you may choose a delightful Chinese tea speciality.

 

Apart from the central dining area, the Cherry Garden offers three separate dining rooms for private meetings. The Lotus and the Jasmine Rooms offer capacity for twelve guests and may be connected. The Bamboo Room is slightly larger and easily accommodates 24 guests.

 

The MELT’s design is an intriguing composition of natural materials like stone, wood, leather and glass, resulting in a chic, metropolitan atmosphere. The large show bar with its mirror-inlayed counter is set at the heart of the restaurant, providing a natural focus with opulent fruit baskets adding splashes of colour.

Experience American dining in a casual, yet elegant flair. The Morton’s cuisine specialises on tenderised meat cuts from grain-fed cattle in a classic steak house style. An open show-kitchen, spotlessly white tablecloths and Leroy Neiman prints set the tone.

 

Sip a Martini at the bar as an appetizer and slip into one of the dining booths to study the elaborate menu that, in addition to the meat treats, offers some of the most sumptuous desserts in all of Singapore.

 

The Morton’s two private dining rooms become the perfect setting for private events. They accommodate ten and twenty guests respectively.

 

The traditional Japanese cuisine spiced up with contemporary Californian elements may be experienced at the Wasabi Bistro – a sister restaurant to the legendary Wasabi Bistro in Kuala Lumpur. The straight-lined but tasteful décor includes Japanese art and ceramics.

 

Tall panorama windows command a breathtaking city view. Settle down at the Sushi Bar to watch the chef’s nimble fingers cut, select, stir, role and decorate the crisp delicacies. Again, you may choose to dine in private: the private dining room accommodates up to eight guests.

 

The Mandarin Oriental’s Axis Bar is just the right place to settle down in all comfort, raising your eyes to the view of Marina Bay. The Axis radiates modern chic and sets the tone with leather, ebony and polished metal.

 

Throughout the day, the Axis Bar is a relaxing lounge serving snacks and a delightful afternoon tea complete with sandwiches, scones and other sweet delights.

Delightful snacks and light meals are at the heart of the menu and include Sashimi, mini hamburgers, Wagyu beef and Australian oysters best accompanied by a new cocktail invention or a refreshing non-alcoholic beverage.
